By means of this application, the applicants, Ram Mohit @ Mohit Harijan and Sharawan Kumar, who are involved in Case Crime No. 764 of 2024, under Section 302 of B.N.S. and Section 3/5(1) of the U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 Police Station Kotwali Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar and are in jail since 06.10.2024, are seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that similarly placed co-accused, Kamlesh Harijan, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 18.3.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
