Counsel for the applicant submits that the couple were married 25 years ago. 20 years old daughter of the deceased and the applicant has stated that on 12.11.2022 in the night dispute took place between the couple and her mother left the house and went somewhere. Missing report in this regard was lodged. Thereafter, her dead body was recovered on 15.11.2022 in the field of applicant, Ram Bahadur. The cause of death was found to be on account of asphyxia as a result of strangulation.. Counsel for the applicant also submits that from the statement of daughter of applicant, it is not clear that the applicant caused the murder of his wife.
