Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of general and omnibus allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with six others including co-accused Amit, Satish and Anuj and all the above three accused persons have been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 19.02.2025 and 12.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
