The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rinku, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2024, under Sections- 302 of IPC and section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Sikandrarau, District- Hathras, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of murder. Learned counsel for the applicant has brought on record the statements of P.W.-1, P.W.-2 and P.W.-3, who are the wife, mother and father of the deceased. P.W.-2 and P.W.-3 have been declared hostile and P.W.-1 has not supported the prosecution case. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
