The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 304B, 302 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nidhauli Kalan, District Etah during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation that due to demand of dowry, he committed the murder of his wife along with his family members, he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits, however, in the FIR, informant made allegation against the applicant but when he was examined by the trial court then during trial he did not support the prosecution case. 5.
