The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Ankit Jaiswal seeking bail in Case Crime No. 531 of 2024, under Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station- Jeanpur, District- Azamgarh. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From joint possession of the applicant and the co-accused, 48.06 kg ganja is alleged to have been recovered. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
