The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Mobin with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.589 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(4), 340(2) B.N.S., P.S. Sardhana, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Applicant is uncle of named accused person. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Applicant having no concern with the alleged incident. Recovery is false and planted. Applicant is running a general merchant shop in the name and style of 'City Kirana Store' and had separate business
