The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sunil Basor, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 54/2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 323, 506 of IPC and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Panwadi, District- Mahoba, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape and criminal intimidation besides offence of penetrative sexual assault.
