The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vijay Sharma, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2024, under Sections 376-D, 328, 450, 342, 506 IPC and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Shamshabad, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape and also making incriminating video of the victim viral. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that victim is sister-in- law (Nanand) of the sister of the applicant. She wanted to marry the applicant, but she was married to someone else.
