The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rihan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 162 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 225, 225-B, 307, 332, 336, 353 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Hayatnagar, District- Sambhal, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that police went to arrest the applicant, who was wanted in a case and 19 named and other unnamed accused are alleged to have beaten the police party. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there is no role assigned to the applicant of beating police personnel.
