The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Akhilesh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 186 of 2024, under Sections- 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 501, 365, 367, 327 of IPC and section 66-E of I.T. Act, Police Station- Faizganj Behta, District- Budaun during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Nareshpal, has been granted bail by this Court on 05.07.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24947 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
