This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rupa @ Rupesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2020, under Sections 354B, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station- Atrauli, District- Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 03.10.2024. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by this Court on 27.08.2020.
