The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 401 of 2024, under Sections 333, 103(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Akbarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 28.08.2024 against applicant and seven others and according to FIR, on 26.08.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. in the night applicant and other accused persons made assault upon the son of the informant and applicant and co- accused Virendra were having wooden sticks in their hands and they committed his murder on the roof of the house.
