This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Monu @ Rohit , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 345 of 2024, under Section 309 (4), 317 (2) B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Singhawli Ahir, District- Baghpat.
