This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 195 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 310(4), 310(6), 317(2), 317(4) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3/25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station Bhopa, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegation against the applicant is that while the Police Party was on routine checking of vehicles, the accused applicant along with other accused persons directed to stop but they did not stop rather they opened fire on the Police Team.
