The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Babli, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 144/2024, under Sections- 364, 302,120-B, 201 and 34 Police Station- Etmadpur, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Ajay Kumar, has been granted bail by this Court on 03.10.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32768/2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
