The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Raj Kishor Paswan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District- Sonbhadra, during pendency of trial. There is allegation in the FIR against unknown persons regarding commission of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that money was transferred in the account of Bhushan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar transferred the money in the account of Rajan Mistri and Pankaj Kumar Shah thereafter.
