The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.518 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 103(1), 305 (A) B.N.S., Police Station- Jagdishpura, District- Agra during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits, on the basis of false allegation applicants who are females have been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Smt. Rajkumari on the basis of general and omnibus allegation and after considering entire facts in detail, co-accused Smt. Rajkumari has been released on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.445
