This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kamal Ahamad, seeking bail in Case Crime No. 247 of 2020, under Section 8/21 of N.D.P.S. Act and 18A, 28, 18C, 27 (b) (i) Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, Police Station- Attarsuiya, District - Allahabad/Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Neeraj Tripathi@ Ram, has been granted bail by this Court on 19.8.2021 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32828 of 2021 . The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
