Heard Sri Satish Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.199 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 70(2) B.N.S. and 5G/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Airport, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eight days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is true that allegations were raised against the applicant and co-accused person of having ravished the victim, but the said allegations are per se false and the same were taken under duress.
