There are allegations of making attempt on the life of the injured. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only one injury of lacerated contusion size 4 centimeter was found on the left ear of the injured. It is a case of sudden quarrel.The applicant is in jail since 22.6.2023 and has criminal history of two cases to his credit, which has been explained in paragraph-24 of the bail application. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, larger mandate of the Article 21 of the Constitution of India, considering the dictum of Apex Court in the case of Dataram Singh
