Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR and during investigation, he has been made accused in the present matter through the statement of co-accused Masroof and even from the statement of eye-witness Sahil, which has been annexed at page no. 68 of the paper book, it reflects, co- accused Masroof was the person, who caused fire-arm injury to the deceased. 4.
