The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pradeep, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 106 of 2024, under Sections- 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC and 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Ghaziabad pending before A.C.J.M., Court No. 15, Ghaziabad. 3. There are allegations in the F.I.R against unknown accused but against the account holders of 15 account numbers and two mobile numbers of commission of online fraud. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is battery rickshaw driver. His account number has been connected to this case during investigation. He has submitted that co-accused, Sumit Kumar, used the current bank account number in his name. M
