The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sajid Ansari @ Guddu with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2023, under section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, P.S. Bilhaur, District Kanpur Nagar during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Mohd. Rais and Dilip Kumar have been granted bail by this Court on 28.06.2023 and 08.01.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 25610 of 2023 and 31040 of 2023 respectively. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
