Heard Sri Vipin Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned State Law Officer has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 26.01.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C. and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Mohana, District Siddarth Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5.
