Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 283 of 2024, under Sections 333, 64 of BNS, Police Station - Bhamora, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the victim on 03.08.2024 at about 02:00 AM and has committed rape with her. On raising of alarm by the victim, the applicant is stated to have run away and during that period, he fell on the tin shed of her neighbour's house which was broken and the applicant has sustained injuries also. 5.
