The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ramu with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 718 of 2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 338 B.N.S. and section 6/10 U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, Police Station Quarsi, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he was impersonating the co-accused in the examination. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 24.08.2024. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed
