Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the First Information Report .Subsequently he has been implicated in this case. Planted recovery of mobile phone and other goods were shown from the possession of the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 4.9.2024 and has criminal history of two cases to his credit, which has been explained in paragraph-3 of the supplementary affidavit.
