The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicants- Aslam and Ali Ahmad with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 304 of 2024, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 & Sectioni 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Chandauli, District- Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that four alive bull has been recovered, but there is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicants are languishing in jail since 23.12.2024 and applicant no. 1 has criminal history of one case and applicant no. 2 has no criminal antecedent and the same duly explained in para 21 of the bail ap
