Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0395 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)M B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Civil Line, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 7. It is further stated that the victim, as per the ossification test report, is 16 years old and is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. 8. There is no criminal history
