Heard Sri Suresh Dhar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Session Trial No.1292 of 2024, Case Crime No.372 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64(2)M, 115(3), 118(1), 127(4) B.N.S., Police Station Kanth, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she has travelled with the applicant to several places including Noida. There is no medical corroboration of the incident.
