The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Neeraj Gupta, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0036 of 2023, under Sections- 363, 376 of IPC, and section 3/4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station- Chandpa, District- Hathras, during pendency of trial. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by coordinate Bench of this Court on 09.06.2023 which is not available now.
