Heard Sri Ram Sumer Chaudhary, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 30.01.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0254 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S. and Section 5(e)/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Khaga, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the FIR itself, whereby she had escaped with the applicant on a motorcycle. She has stayed with the applicant for 20-30 days at Ayodhya and is a consenting party as per her own statement recorde
