This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aniket, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 1024 of 2024, under Sections 352, 351(2), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 9(B) Bisphotak Act, Police Station- Majhola, District- Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, Vishal Saini, has already been enlarged on bail of this Court by order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 2614 of 2025, copy of the bail order produ
