This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Natthu Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 337 of 2018, under Sections 452, 323, 354, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station- Mauranipur, District- Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 07.01.2025. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by the court below on 22.12.2018.
