The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Chetan @ Tinku with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2024, under Sections 377, 506 IPC and section 5/6 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Crossing Republic, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing unnatural offence against the minor boy.
