In light of the aforesaid statement of the counsel for the applicant, the instant bail application is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous. 3. The applicant has a liberty to file fresh bail application under the provision of Juvenile Justice and Care Act. 4. The certified copy of the orders and other relevant documents shall be returned to the counsel for the applicant as per the Rules of the High Court.
