The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Rahul @ Bunty, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 146 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Bisrakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3.
