The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Samim, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0226 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376, 506 IPC and 5(j)(ii)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Tronica City, District- Rural (Commissionerate Ghaziabad) during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl, commission of offence of rape and criminal intimidation. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim is although aged about 16 years, but she has neither made any allegation of abduction nor of rape against the applicant.
