As informed by the learned A.G.A., notice to the informant has been served on 19.10.2024 but none is present on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 326 of 2018, under Sections 363, 376, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Hasanpur, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Raju@Rajkumar, has already been enlarged on bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.03.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 59555 of 2022. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been
