Public Examination Act, Police Station Rakabganj, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There is an allegation against the applicant that he was appearing in the examination on the basis of fabricated high school mark sheet. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the police.
