Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. By means of this application, the applicants, Mohd Aziz and Ikramul Haq @ Raja, who are involved in Case Crime No. 18 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 66-D of the I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Baghpat, District Baghpat and are in jail since 05.09.2024 are seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that similarly placed co-accused, Lakshya, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 16.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39994 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicants are identical to that of co-accused, Lakshya, who has already been enlarged on bail, they are also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground
