Heard Sri Yogesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Harikrishna Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 353 of 2024, under Sections 323, 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the applicant was granted interim bail earlier on by co- ordinate Bench of this Court on 13.11.2024 on the ground that the applicant was ready to marry the victim but the aforesaid condition went in vain. This is a matter of esta
