There is allegation against the applicant of indulging in the offence of unlawful conversion of religion. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history and he never committed the alleged offences. He is languishing in jail since 18.09.2024. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
