This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Kalam Quraishi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 116 of 2024, under Section 3/5/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act and Section 7 CLA Act, Police Station- Kotwali City, District- Mirzapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 04.01.2025.
