The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 203 of 2024, under Section 103 of B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Kopaganj, District Mau, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with four others and as per allegations, he and other accused committed the murder of the husband of the informant but admittedly, nobody could see the real incident and it reflects, on the basis of suspicion due to previous dispute applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He next submits, however, as per prosecution when applicant was arrested then on his pointing out, a knife was recovered but from perusal of the recovery memo, which has been annexed along wi
