The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Vishnu Prasad seeking bail in Case Crime No. 978 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Robertsganj, District- Sonbhadra. In the prosecution case it is alleged that on the information of secret police informer, the police arrested the applicant and one co- accused. From joint search of the applicant and co-accused, 22 kg 750 gm ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the dicky of the vehicle. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
