Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.308 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1), 333, 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Bhamora, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 21.8.2024 and had subsequently again abducted her in the night of 25/26.8.2024, although there are no allegations of rape on the fateful night. 6.
