The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 449 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 351(2), 238, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Tronika City, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with five others and as per allegations, he and other accused committed murder of the husband of the informant, but admittedly, informant is not an eye witness. 4. He next submits, it is a case of circumstantial evidence and except suspicion, there is no other evidence against the applicant on record. 5. He further submits, applicant is not having any criminal history and in the present matter, he is in jail since 04.10.2024 i.e. for last more than six months.
