The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Aman Suri, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 588 of 2024, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Sasni Gate, District- Aligarh, pendency of trial. Apart from four cases shown in the gang chart the applicant has criminal history of one case wherein he is on bail. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28.09.2024.
